Very friendly service, great!

The ambience and the food on the podium is really very good, so I cannot express any criticism. One can definitely recommend the schnitzel variants. Personally, I would like a little more choice of vegetarian dishes. Unfortunately I have to give a deduction for the service. We have been here a number of times and unfortunately had to find out every time that the service was very cool. You don't really feel welcome. The waiters are polite but not really courteous. Unfortunately, on this visit too, after clearing the dishes, we sat there with empty glasses for over half an hour. The waiter didn't even look at us and we couldn't order anything or pay. Something should be worked on here. Apart from that, the waiter came to the table very quickly at the beginning and the food was not long in coming.

A great restaurant with excellent cuisine. The food was very good and the service was nice and friendly despite the crowded place. We recommend.

We were there for the first time today. Arrived there spontaneously and were received very nicely. We got a table straight away and even moving it wasn't a problem. Food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

After several visits with consistently high quality, I felt compelled to evaluate. The service staff is friendly, competent and quick. It maintains an overview even when it is fully occupied, there are no long waiting times. The food tastes very good and the portions are very generous. Price-performance ratio is still top, even if the current situation doesn't make it any easier for the operator. Please keep it up.

We had ordered and stopped for lunch. Food was carelessly arranged (a single leaf of lettuce without dressing or other vegetables or the like next to cordon bleu and "bare" French fries) and unfortunately no culinary delight. Unfortunately, the waiting time was forever (despite the smaller menu) and the staff unfriendly. That can be done better.

Friendly staff. Food tastes good and the prices are okay. You are served quickly and the equipment is good. You sit comfortably.

On a Saturday evening we got a place in the well-attended podium. The young service employee was very friendly and attentive. The drinks came quickly. We ordered 1 x rump steak with cream mushrooms and fries & 1 x rump steak only with salad. Small mistake from the service: we got fried potatoes and vegetables. However, we promptly received a fresh salad. Top! The rump steak was fried to perfection medium, the market vegetables freshly chopped - no convenience. Homemade herb butter. Fried potatoes really crispy. Price performance just great! We'd love to come back.

The operator lets the mouth and nose protection hang under the nose; the "homemade" lemonade is mixed syrup with a lemon wedge, some peppermint leaves and lots of ice cubes; the pace was a plus. Pizza with Gouda .... We saw very appetizing food at other tables. You sit very comfortably, large outdoor area.

top location in Gera's city center, cozy and appealing ambience, very comfortable seating, especially outside, very friendly service, good food, reasonable selection of drinks. The only thing that doesn't really fit the very good overall picture is the ability to dry hands in the toilet. Something more than the dull hot air dryer would be desirable here. There are really nice and practical systems with washable rolled up textile towels, they don't even have to be paper towels ... ?

It took forever to order something. The food was carelessly arranged and tasted under "0815". All very impersonal. What speaks for the restaurant: lots of space, clean toilets and very large portions. There is a changing, inexpensive lunch menu. You can sit on the terrace when the weather is nice and people watch ...

Food was delicious. Service at our table was also friendly. The reception was an absolute minus! 3 waitresses deliberately walked past me despite eye contact and noticing that you have a question. Not at all possible, you should train something in customer-oriented behavior.

Sunday breakfast for 2 people was pre-ordered at 10 a.m. the previous evening. It was served at 10:40 a.m. Was very tasty despite the long wait. The rolls were still warm.

Especially after a forced break, the friendliness of some of the waitresses needs to be worked on urgently. The question of a free seat with: "Have a look yourself, if there is a reservation on it is reserved, there are also tables behind", it does not have to be answered, we knew that without asking. The food was delicious, the prices very pleasant, as was the overall ambience. Therefore and also because of the super nice Asian service only a star deduction.

I have to say that I was actually in Gera to make an appointment. Since I still had some time and your restaurant was right next to the parking garage, I stopped by your house. Just to have a tea to bridge the gap. The waitress, I sat outside, was there quickly and took my order with a smile and very friendly. The tea came promptly and again served very friendly. After my appointment, I came back to eat something. The same thing as before. There were several ladies at my table but all were friendly and approaching. I am thrilled and would love to visit them again. ;-) Many thanks to your house (of course also to the kitchen) and to your service staff. You can recommend your restaurant with a clear conscience. Its a good place

Very good! Alot of table so the service is a little slow. But the food is excellent! I had a burger from the new burger menu (Jan 2020) and its was delicious!! Would recommend going here!

Great German food, schintsel is huge, delicious and very inexpensive.

Worst excuse for a bar ever. Some tables get more beer and the others get less while they have the laziest and the worst waiters. Very unfair service, especially towards the foreigners who come in the bar.
